Position Description:
A crucial role reporting directly to the VP of Strategic Accounts the New Install Manager will work together with sales, customer service, IT, and other personnel to lead, coordinate and document the onboarding of new customers. Understand and document the detailed requirements of all parties, ensuring we are meeting all requirements and leading the implementation.
Lead new clients through implementation methodology and process including requirements definition, documentation of scope & business rules, solution design, testing, and launching new setup into production. Job Summary:
Reports To: Relationship Manager
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary contact for external and internal customers, is responsible for making judgements and discretionary decisions that affect the operations of the company, and effectively communicates those judgements and decisions to the customer. The CSR is also responsible for appropriately communicating customer requirements to the manufacturing team, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Manage incoming calls. Receive all questions and concerns from external and internal customers. Provide solutions to problems.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint via phone and email; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Receive, sort and prepare a checklist for all customer materials. Determine date of availability for any missing materials.
- Generate estimates and break out fixed and variable costs. Review and edit estimates to ensure accuracy when required.
- Generate purchase orders as required.
- Send proofs to customers and receive them upon return.

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bindery Operator for one or more of the following machines: Perfect Binder, Stitcher, Folder, Cutter, Collator, Laminators, or Shrinkwrap. Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for quickly and adequately producing detailed, high-quality finished work in a time-sensitive atmosphere utilizing standard bindery equipment.
- Ability to operate various print equipment and high-volume printers is a plus.
- Perform multiple finishing types: coil, 3-hole drill, lamination, stuffing envelopes, folding, creasing, shrink wrapping, and cutting.
- Ability to use electronic/manual cutter for customized print projects.
- Ability to perform duties in highly interruptive conditions and under time constraints.

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and move between production devices to load and unload.

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Insert Operators. You will operate our Pitney Bowes Flowmasters. Load pre-printed paper media into the machine, which will tri-fold, and insert it into an envelope along with any other necessary inserts while sealing the envelope. Inserting Operators handle high volumes and maintain a high level of security protocol. You’ll be part of a talented group that collaborates to deliver world-class products to our customers.
Job Responsibilities:

Logistics Coordinator
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Warehouse operations: including daily transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, inventory control, and logistics quality management.
- Ensure all 3rd Party Logistics customer warehousing and shipping requirements are met.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, or carriers. Communicate with other departments as needed to integrate logistics with business systems or processes.
- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by organizing the movement of products to and from the warehouse.
- Ensure all freight damage/product discrepancies are reported and managed through resolution.
- Manage and contract with transport vendors.
- Maintain documentation and keep accurate records of warehouse and shipping activities. Inbound and outbound shipping transaction documents must be timely and accurately logged, in keeping with new or established procedures.
- Monitor physical counts and inventory levels, ensuring counts are regularly performed and interface with purchasing on possible routine replenishment.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of current and new safety-related procedures and regulations. Coordinate employee forklift and material movement training with Warehouse staff, Drivers and Director of Operations as required.
- Communicate accident/injury reporting to HR as relates to material handling.
- Contribute to general maintenance of the warehouse and equipment as needed with Warehouse personnel, Drivers and the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

Physical Demands
Ability to perform strenuous physical activities, including extensive standing, walking, bending and reaching with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust far vision focus. Work Environment and Compensation
The work environment is a warehouse facility where temperatures are normally comfortable. The noise level in the work environment is quiet to moderate. Actual inventory materials are located in various departments to facilitate different product processing.

This position is hourly. This role requires availability to work occasional Saturdays. At Hatteras, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, and experience. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower.

- Machine Operation:
- Operate various bindery equipment, including but not limited to perfect binders, cutters, folders, saddle stitchers, laminating machines
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machines to achieve optimal performance.
- Monitor production runs to maintain consistency and quality standards.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct regular checks to ensure print materials meet quality specifications.
- Address any issues with the print or finishing process promptly to maintain high-quality standards.
